"Once I asked myself what is jewellery for me ?"
Jewellery is a phenomenon which goes through the whole history of mankind. They went a long way reflecting the spirit of cultures and epochs. It begins all the way back in ancient times when jewellery encompassed concepts of macro- and microcosmos and had a sophisticated meaning.
Today, with all the influence of modern art,
a piece of jewellery often becomes an art object. There are intellectual games and provocation in jewellery avantgarde.
In this complicated scene I do what I understand as creating from a concept. I find that my transaction with jewellery offers me new metaphors to think about reality, human being, society and life strategies.
